You've made contact, awesome! So what happens next? We'll receive your email, and we'll be responding soon. In the mean time, here's a few things to know about our order process.


We'll need to get a few details from you about what you're looking for when we respond, and we may have a few questions to ask so that we get things right.


We'll prepare an invoice for your project once we have the details. When we send it over, review things to make sure everything looks right. Your invoice number will be your project number, and you'll need to keep that handy if you have any questions for us about your order.


We'll send you a link where you can place your order, and call out all the changes you'd like made to your photos. We ask that you name your files so that they match up with the editing instructions you're giving us: image 1, image 2, image 3, for example.


Send us your photos via a file transfer service. We recommend, and you'll learn more about this on the order page.


Pay your invoice, and your order will go into production.

That's it! We've streamlined our order process so that you can handle everything online, no forms to print out, or documents to send back. It's super quick, and very easy. However, don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions along the way. We're here to help!
